Do you have Free Shipping?
Some sellers do free shipping and aswell as some sellers will do free shipping based on minimum order quantity. It is completely depends on seller to seller.

 Is Cash on Delivery Available?
Yes, COD Is avilable, but it depends on the areas. Few areas where COD Is not avilable, those customers need to pay by alternate secure payment method.

Is there a minimum order value?
In Nature Aqua there will be different sellers , it depends on seller to seller choice.

Is there a minimum order quantity for Plants?
There is no such kind of conditions.

Are Plants that you send as Shown In Pictures?
Plants Shown in Pictures are the plants grown in Submersed (Under Water) Conditions in Aquarium with Optimum Co2, Light and Fertilizers. Majority of Aquatic Plants are Grown under Emmersed (Out of Water) Conditions in Green Houses when grown commercially which we send. Some Aquatic Plants show a huge difference between their emmersed and submersed forms. Once they are planted in an aquarium and provided the right conditions they will develop their submersed forms. Rest assured all Plants we send are as per your Order.
 
What are the locations that you ship?
We ship products all over India through DTDC and Delhivery partners, depending on the best service for the fastest delivery to the destination location.
 
Why are shipping charges so high for some products?
 Shipping Cost for some products is calculated based on Actual / Volumetric Weight whichever is higher and goes up as more depends on products.

How are the Plants Sent?
Plants are harvested against Order, Washed, Treated for Snails, Packed in Plastic Packets, Sealed Air Tight to retain moisture and Labelled. These are then packed in Boxes, Cling Wrapped and Labelled for Shipping.

When will my Order be shipped?
All the orders are shipped in a day or next from the time when seller accepts the order.

How can I track my order?
Tracking No and Status of your order will be udpated within 24 Hrs of Shipping. You can use the Tracking No to track your parcel on our website.
 
How long does delivery take?
It varies depends on place and distance.but our delivery partner will deliver you're product as soon as possible.

What to do if any Plants Reach Dead or Damaged?We understand that we are dealing with Live Plants and on rare occcassions due to various reasons there may be some damage to Plants in Transit. For such cases you do not have to worry, we have a Dead on Arrival Refund Guarantee. In case any Plant Reaches Dead on arrival, we offer to ship replacement in next order or process a refund for the Dead on arrival Plants. Buyer must send clear pictures of the Dead on arrival Plants in Original Packing.
